Incoterms
- FOB
- Free On Board. Seller loads at the origin port. Buyer pays freight and insurance from there.
- CIF
- Cost, Insurance and Freight. Seller pays freight and insurance to your port. Risk passes to you once loaded at origin.
- DDP
- Delivered Duty Paid. Seller delivers to your named place with import duties paid.

It depends on the product. Example: 9" × 48" plank, 5 mm: 28 pallets, 32,256 sq ft. Loads vary by pallet configuration.
What is the wear layer on Cappadocia planks?
0.55 mm (22 mil).
What size are the wall panels?
38" × 110" (965 × 2800 mm), 3 mm or 4 mm. Confirm final size.
What warranty applies?
Cappadocia SPC: 20-year limited residential, 10-year limited commercial. Other lines: confirm with your rep.
Can I use my own label?
Yes. Packaging can be customized subject to feasibility.
Can I get samples?
